30-Day Return Policy for Unopened Items: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return unopened items. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process:
- Please contact our customer service team at apsmilecare@gloskin.beauty within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details of the items you wish to return.
- Our customer service team may, at our sole discretion, provide you with a return authorisation and further instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items and verify their condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at apsmilecare@gloskin.beauty and we may, at our absolute discretion, arrange for a replacement or refund.
